Track performance of sales staff and sales agents
Assist VP Sales in executing sales strategies

Support Nuevo’s sales team by:
Managing schedules
Creating sales documents and proposals
Provide supporting marketing material for products
Run reports related to sales activities
Handling customers and prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office
Cover departmental staff during holiday or sick days
Assist in training sales representatives and sales employees
Monitor the needs and preferences of customers
Educated on all products
Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service
Ensure the sales team are providing the correct level of service at all times
Help develop process to improve interface with customers
Ensure key customers are serviced excellently
Understand requirements of each department and their interaction with sales
Develop efficient processes to enhance these interactions
Consistently improve interdepartmental interaction and relations
Effectively collate and communicate all marketing information
Adhere to all company policies
Any other special tasks, assignments as requested by the VP Sales
Ability to lead and motivate
Ensure all tasks are completed within set timelines
Oversee the layout and upkeep of the showrooms
Assist in tradeshow preparations and planning
Onsite management of tradeshow
Coordinate and administer sales, promotional and merchandising programs

Required Skills/Experience:

Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
2+ years Customer service experience
2+ years administrative experience
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to operate independent of direct supervision
Good organizational and time management 
Project management skills
Bilingual: Spanish/English, French/English is preferred
