This job is a great opportunity for a self-starter who understands sales, customer service, social media marketing, SQL/Access software and is intuitive and learns quickly to a variety of projects that are delegated. This position requires great and proven customer service skills working with both B2B and the public. The successful candidate will learn about audiology-based, hearing-care technical skills, computer programs and online services. Responsibilities will include online marketing using social media tools, product research, data entry, customer service, software training and support and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, self-motivated and bring key skills to the projects delegated to them. Pay structure is base salary plus commission.
