We are looking for a well-rounded Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO located in midtown Toronto. The CEO travels seasonally to the UK and Florida, so some travel will be required. This position is communications heavy, so candidates with backgrounds in writing/communications/editorial will be given strong consideration.
Role and Responsibilities:
Monitoring email boxes to proactively manage and prioritize messages, calendar invitations, and other action items
Maintaining extremely busy calendars, including tracking timelines and preparing and notifying leadership team members of upcoming meetings, deadlines, and other activities requiring attention
Proactively preparing and coordinating distribution of meeting materials correspondence - well in advance of the meeting itself
Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel (air/hotel/car)
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Word & Excel
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
Some travel is required, between Toronto, Florida and the UK.
