Role and Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment process for client's requirements including creating job descriptions, targeted recruitment, interviewing and screening candidates.
Coordinate details of employment offers including background checks, reference checks, preparation of required paperwork
Make outbound calls to existing clients and new prospects with the hopes of engaging them to use our services
Manage all information sources through recruiting database
Qualifications and Experience
Strong skills at multi-tasking while still maintaining a high degree of quality
Passion for sales and building client relationships
Thrives in structured environment with specific goals
Motivated by goals and targets
Team based attitude
Sales, account management, customer service or recruiting experience
Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
