Are you driven to succeed and be a part of a winning team? AltisHR – a leader in the staffing industry, is looking for a professional individual with a background in Sales, Customer Service or Business Development to join their consulting team.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be forging new relationships with clients over the telephone and in person.
You must enjoy making outbound calls to customers and have an attitude that says "I can win that account!".
The qualified candidate will continue to prospect new clients within our existing client network.
Strong verbal and written communications skill and Post secondary education are essential.
Building client relationships over the phone and in person
Screening and interviewing professional candidates
Making outbound phone calls to prospect new clients as well as keep in touch with existing customers
Strong time management skills to juggle both the recruiting and sales aspects of the role
Searching the database and calling a high volume of candidates to find the best candidates to present to our clients
Placing professional candidates on contract and permanent roles within the private sector
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate is extroverted, comfortable with holding client meetings and has experience in business development and sales.
We want to hear from you if you are ambitious and looking to build a sales career in the recruiting industry. Base salary plus commission offered, with no cap on earning potential. You create your own success.
