  • develop and manage client demand for recruitment solutions
  • source, proactively market and retain skilled candidates
  • understand and apply consistent standards, guidelines and best practice
  • build and maintain good relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues


  • daily review of applications, contact and update candidate database accordingly
  • select, recruit and reference check applicants
  • regular liaison with clients regarding vacancies and operations
  • log all client vacancies and logistical activities in database
  • log all client operations information
  • brief temporary workers thoroughly prior to all work assignments and issue relevant PPE
  • ensure all documentation and training is complete and verified prior to assignments
  • arrange necessary travel and accommodation as required
  • review and authorise timesheets for temporary worker assignments
  • review, authorise and identify rechargeable candidate expenses
  • review and authorise relevant weekly payroll summary
  • review and authorise purchase invoices and identify rechargeable costs
  • monitor temporary worker performance and encourage completion of assessment forms
  • ensure terminations are processed quickly and efficiently
  • complete and issue candidate/temporary worker correspondence as required
  • assist with other duties as required and deputise for colleagues in their absence
  • conduct on-call duties outwith office hours in line with current rota
