The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Job Duties
1. Provide administrative support to ensure operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Main Activities:
Type correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintain office files
Open and distribute the mail
Take minutes at meetings
Distribute minutes
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
2. Provide receptionist services Main Activities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phones
Direct calls and respond to inquiries
Perform other related duties as required
Adhere to all data center policies and procedures
Escalate technical and facilities issues appropriately

Requirements
College Diploma or an acceptable combination of education and progressively
responsible experience
Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
with minimal supervision
High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
Resourcefulness and flexibility
Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of
applicable data privacy laws
General mathematical skills
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory
control of these items
Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases

Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
