Productive nice pace to work
Production Assistant - Production/3D Artist (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAApril 23, 2012
Cool studio, nice people, very open to internships so a good place to start if your trying to begin a VFX career. They give gifts on holidays when I was there, they had a kitchen, and the dinning area is nicely lit and open. Management was very good and helpful.

The hardest part of the job was the internship where they ask you to take out trash, wash dishes, paint walls, other custodial stuff. But eventually "if" your a good artist you will get some projects.
Pros
easy in to get your foot in the door.
Cons
tough on interns

A great place to Intern
3D Visual Effects Intern (Current Employee) –  Culver City, CAJuly 11, 2012
I love being an intern here.
There is a lot of hands on training.
We get to speak openly and often with producers, Mentors, and other people who make this company a success.

I work with other interns to create a short that will be held up in comparison to another intern groups Project.
The winners receive prizes for their hard work.

We are reimbursed for mileage which makes up for the lack of pay in the internship.
Pros
mileage reimbursement, free food, free drinks, lots of software to view and learn
Cons
unpaid internship
