Cons: no guidance, no incentive for salaried reps
No training at all was provided when I was Hired. The sales people are on there own out here. No defined territories, no marketing help, no leads. Most of the reps that work for this company have been here 30+ years and have built there books from scratch and are full commission. If you are into cold calling and have 10+ years to build a book then this is great for you.
Management is never around. The company pays great bonuses for the full commission reps, but the new reps who are salaried get no incentives.
