Immediate opening for an intermediate level Helpdesk Analyst to provide support as part of the IT Support Center Team. You will provide secondary/teriary level support to internal clients. You will be responsible for:
- secondary & tertiary support calls and tickets
- handling escalated tickets
- logging all helpdesk interactions
- creating helpdesk procedures
- staying current with system information, changes and updates

- Diploma in Technology
- Experience working in LAN & WAN enviroments
- Previous experience working in Helpdesk environment
- H/W, S/W and connectivity skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office 03/07, Windows XP and hardware
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems
- Strong working knowledge of one or more MSpplications (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, IIS)
- Experience in Active Directory, VPN, Windows and Unix
