-Suite turnover
-Remove excess garbage furniture etc.
-Install electrical outlets
-Install light fixtures
-Install door handles and knobs
-Install sinks etc. as required
-Install doors etc. as required
-All other maintenance as required or directed by Maintenance Manager
-Maintains pool, including proper chemical and PH rate (e.g. adjusts water analyzer, adding chemicals, etc.) for the purpose of complying with mandated safety and health requirements for pool water purity and balance
-Maintains pool testing records (e.g. logs, etc.) for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference trail and/or ensuring compliance with mandated requirements.

Compactor Room
-To change compactor bins as required
-Report any mechanical deficiencies in writing to Maintenance Manager
-Sweep floor and hose down with germicidal cleaner and deodorize as required
-To maintain room in orderly and debris Free State
-Ensure that room is locked by 5:00 pm daily
-Monitor room for pests and smells. Report any deficiencies to the Maintenance Manager

Hallways and Stairwells
-Replace all burnt out light bulbs
-Repair and report all common area deficiencies including, faulty door closures, plaster blisters, graffiti and vandalism, tile repairs, carpet repairs, etc.

Garage and Airlocks
-Monitor and repair and report any required repairs
-Check operation of garage door, ramp, etc.
-Report any suspicious activity
-vandalism, Car theft, Loitering, Oil Leaks, etc..
-Empty all garbage cans
-Replace all deficient light bulbs
-Check fan timers and operation

Storage Rooms
-Affect all necessary locker door repairs
-Monitor all vandalism and suspicious activity
-Replace all deficient light bulbs

Mechanical Rooms
-Report all deficiencies in writing to the Maintenance Manager
-Remove all unnecessary debris and parts
-Ensure that all chemicals are properly stored and labeled to meet WHIMIS requirements

-Ensure that the rooms are locked at all times
-Monitor all trades that have access to these rooms, in person
-Ensure that rooms are locked at all times
-Repair and report any required repairs

En-suite and Common
-Affect all repairs where possible and advise Maintenance Manager via maintenance request forms of all other required repairs

Area Maintenance
-Maintain accurate records with respect to work order station log. NOTE: The status of all work orders must always be up to date

-Excellent communication skills
-Mechanical Background
-Organized and able to handle multiple projects

-Patience and diplomacy with occupants
-Able to work long hours
-On call for after-hours emergencies
