Job Description:
The Lot Tech moves and parks client vehicles in a manner that will ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase client convenience and satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned:
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the Nissan Team.
Installing disposable seat covers and floor mats, inspecting that all key tags are in place as vehicles are taken in for service.
Inspecting and recording any vehicle damage present when the vehicle is taken in for service.
Delivering the keys to the appropriate central location to ready them for dispatch.
Making sure all vehicles in the service parking areas have the windows rolled up and the doors locked at all times.
Retrieving the clients vehicle as notified by the Sales Manager. Inspecting each vehicle to be delivered for lot damage that may have occurred during service; reporting any damage to management immediately.
Maintaining the parking lot in a clean, neat and organized fashion.
Removing floor mats, seat covers and key tags prior to returning the vehicle to the client.
When directed, washing the clients vehicle using proper equipment.
Thanking each client when delivering the clients vehicle.
Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients, all the time.
Provide safe and timely alternate shuttle bus transportation to customers
Ensure that the interior and exterior of shuttle is properly maintained and fueled on an ongoing basis

Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality and superior customer service skills
Must have these skills: Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing

Required Education:
High school education or equivalent
