Lot Tech/Car Wash Attendant Required for the north east sector of the GTA
The Lot Tech moves and parks client vehicles in a manner that will ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility to increase client convenience and satisfaction.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.
o Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
o Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
o Promoting and understanding of, and strong commitment to the Team.
o Installing disposable seat covers and floor mats, inspecting that all key tags are in place as vehicles are taken in for service.
o Inspecting and recording any vehicle damage present when the vehicle is taken in for service.
o Delivering the keys to the appropriate central location to ready them for dispatch.
o Making sure all vehicles in the service parking areas have the windows rolled up and the doors locked at all times.
o Retrieving the clients vehicle as notified by the Sales Manager. Inspecting each vehicle to be delivered for lot damage that may have occurred during service; reporting any damage to management immediately.
o Maintaining the parking lot in a clean, neat and organized fashion.
o Removing floor mats, seat covers and key tags prior to returning the vehicle to the client.
o When directed, washing the clients vehicle using proper equipment.
o Thanking each client when delivering the clients vehicle.
o Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients.
o Remaining in the sales area unless performing other assigned duties.
o Policing the shop area and parking lot and reporting immediately any situation or condition that may jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or clients.
o Possessing and maintaining a valid Driver’s License, immediately informing management of any change in license status
Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:

o Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
o High school education or equivalent
