Great company to work for.
learn to be a proactive sales person with exellent customer and communicatin skills

This was a calling centre. I had to answer phone calls from clients in Canada and the US who wanted to order beauty products. We had to take orders, answer inquiries, manage complaints and make sales while taking orders. The target was to deal with client under 5 minutes while provide best customer care.
I've learned how to deal with customers and their – more... different personality; adjust to each client.
I had the change to work with great supervisors who really took the time to coach me and encourage me to persevere.
The hardest part of the job was the routine. We always did the same thing and so I didn't feel stimulated.
The most enjoyable part of the job was learning about new beauty products, how they worked and the goods they could do. – less

Some of my co-workers are like family, others not so much but overall we respect one a other

I love working at Yves Rocher, If it weren't for my wedding I would have never left. I was never unable to perform at my best or was I ever discomforted but anything.

J'ai appris beaucoup de choses dans cette entreprise qui ma permis d'évoluer dans ma pratique, ma prise de contact avec les clients.

Travailler chez Yves Rocher est une très bonne opportunité mais sur du long terme,on s'y ennui assez vite. Pas d'évolution de carrière, beaucoup de pression au niveau des objectifs donnés.

Une belle entreprise dans lequel l'environnement de travail est agréable.

Un día tipico era llegar a prepara reportes salidas o entradas, revisar inventarios y dar a detalle al Gerente los inventarios bajos de algun producto, aprendi a realizar inventarios a capturar mas rapido, el Gerente fue una persona invaluable un ser humano sincero y que me tendio la mando en asuntos personales, todos mis colegas fueron grandes amigos. – more... La parte mas dificil los inventarios.Todo me gusto de este trabajo el almacén representa la parte social mas importante de una empresa ya que todo el personal tiene que trabajar en equipo para que las cosas salgan bien ya que es como una cadena si sale bien desde el principio saldra bien el final. – less

Préparation des commandes, gérer l'équipe, préparer le magasin selon le protocole donné par le siège, vérifier que les règles d'hygiène et le protocole des soins soins soient respectés en cabine

un dia que me tocaba a mi abrir la puerta por la mañana y se me quedaron las llaves en otro bolso y gracias a que mi compañera vino al mismo tiempo que yo, fue un despistes que cualquiera puede tener, aprendi muchas cosas, desde hacer un escaparate, cestas de navidad, aprendi a dar la cera con mas velocidad, vender mucho, etc.. mis compañeras son geniales – more... y digo que son porque al dia de hoy sigo en contacto con algunas de ellas y me ayudaron bastante al principio,,, mucho compañerismos, si. La parte mas dificil fue cuando se me termino el contrato y lo que mas me gusto,,, todo me gusto y volveria atras si pudiera claro... – less

I prodotti sono ottimi,posso gestire il mio tempo libero...ovviamente più vendi e più guadagni e con questa crisi chiunque cerca di risparmiare il più possibile.

Equipe soudée, ne donne pas assez de tâche necessaire pour appendre le métier, fausse promesse.
