YRC/Reimer Customer Care is a fast pace, intense, it demands perfection, being concise, orally and written. YRC/Reimer has not taught me anything that I don't know already. I had fours days of training where those before and after me, received 6 weeks of training, this shows that I am very good and my customers and co-works can back that up. When my Manager is too busy, my co-workers come to me for assistance, even those who started before me. The hardest part of the job is taking the bus to and from work, one and a half bus ride both ways. The workplace is Multi-cultural.
