As a PR Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and securing strong media coverage for a cluster of key customer accounts.
Handling media relations across print, digital and broadcast channels, you will source stories and write exciting and engaging content for a variety of media communications. Developing strong and effective relationships with the national media, you will pitch stories to journalists and undertake both tactical and strategic PR planning.
Dealing with a range of accounts, you will oversee any crisis communications and manage customer budgets and expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Additionally, you will effectively use social media and manage our client's own PR activity.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least two to three years' previous PR experience within a PR agency. Equally important are your excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
As a PR Account Manager, you must possess a proactive hands-on approach and a meticulous attention to detail. Creative and innovative, you must have superb multitasking skills and the ability to think outside the box.
