Executive Assistant/ Marketing
Responsible for providing administrative supports to senior management and to the sales team in all aspects of sales and marketing including but not limited to market research, sales operations and administration, client relations and affiliated companies of Yorkton Group.
- a background in sales and marketing an asset
- experience with social media internet marketing, familiar with wordpress, blogging platforms and managing social networks
-must possess the ability to manage challenging and varied tasks on short notice, with tight timelines
-strong computer skills including MS Office, Wordpress, networking, and troubleshooting
-excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with sales staff
-effectively and tactically manage the overall workload of the desk an continually deliver high quality results
-the ability and willingness to work evening and weekends when required
-prepare, format and proofread reports, business correspondence and presentations
-provide back up support to other administrative assistants
-team player with strong communication skills, that enjoys a challenge and has an entrepreneurial spirit
-self-directed individual with good judgment and the maturity to deal with a variety of sensitive issues and documents
-salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
