Contracting firm
Project Coordinator (Former Employee), Allentown, PA – May 5, 2012
Pros: my supervisor ensured all aspects were going well.
Cons: i accepted the position at apci, instead continuing with yohe.
Yohe contracted with Air Products for a project technician. The agency was very good with information. The people were knowledgable and respectful.

Contract recruiter for a major US company
Senior Recrutier (Former Employee), Mid-west – April 24, 2012
Pros: you work a strait 40
Cons: poor managers, poor client managment, you are a commodity.
Yoh is a body shop at its core.
It has an RPO service group that burns through people very quickly and does so without any remorse.
Wages are average and don't ever ask for a raise.
My 18 month experience with Yoh was a thankless grind punctuated by visits from a person that had no management skills.
The best way to describe how Yoh manages a project – more... is by "Downward Pressure" the manager never has to find a solution to a problem those who work for them are the problem and therefore should provide the cure.

From my experience Yoh does not do a good job in managing customer expectations and this caused many problems.
Yoh was not and is not respected by their client and Yoh was afraid of them. This may not be the case everywhere but it was where I worked.

I observed a few situations where Yoh threw a co-worker under the bus and did not defend them because they feared their client.
After such an episode would unfold you would be told see if you don't jump when they say jump you might be next.

Praise was not given and if you produced better number than those who were fulltime you must have padded your numbers.

I would not work for Yoh again unless it was my only option. – less

Need to talk to there people more.
Electriacl Assembly (Former Employee), Melbourne, Florida – March 22, 2012
Pros: leave you alone to work, like the grown ups we are
Cons: not on site when you need them, and hard to get on the phone
Becouse we are a Right to Work state the Reps at YOH do not have a say in why you are let go, And can not tell you the reson either. So you do not know if you did bad work or good, . It would be nice to know so you can go get more training, or try to stop and do an evaluation on your self, and become a better worker and person to the company..

Fun people and great recruiters
Appeals and Grievance RN (Former Employee), Northridge, CA – March 20, 2012
Pros: fun staff
Cons: the valley
Each time I was placed at an assignment, I was thoroughly satisfied with the location and the work I was doing. Yoh has great staff members that are kind and talk to you like a human being and not a paycheck.

Great company to build resume
Desktop support (Former Employee), Tucson, AZ – January 24, 2012
Pros: n/a
Cons: no breaks, hardly take lunch
Yoh is a nice company but I would never return to Yoh, due to it being a Temp agency. The recruiters never really checked in with employees to see if there was any problems with job. Keeping employees up to date with new jobs that have come available.
