TITLE: BUSINESS SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
POSITION: FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK
DEPARTMENT: CUSTOMER SERVICE
SALARY: TO BE NEGOTIATED
LOCATION: STEELES & VICTORIA PARK

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

-Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, -and requests about products and services;
-Provide client support and issue resolution via Email, phone and other electronic medium.
-Follow up cross department on outstanding cases and make schedule calls/email to client whenever is necessary
-Identify client objective and provide customized suggestions/advice in tailoring system features and logic to client business
-Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as to benefit the client business
-Research required information using available resource;
-Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
-Collect, document and report information to manager in benefiting the product long term development

REQUIREMENTS

-A College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT-related fields
-Strong problem solving and decision making skills
-Able to multi-task and prioritize work
-Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail; Patient and logical
-Proficient in oral and written English
-Capable of working well under pressure
-Excellent communication ( oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
-Positive working attitude and self motivated
