B2B Sales Executive
POSITION: FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK
DEPARTMENT: SALES DEPT.
Salary: Base Pay PLUS Commission (minimum base pay $12/hr)
LOCATION: STEELES & VICTORIA PARK

Competitive Salary: $12/h base pay is a guarantee, and un-capped commission will be on top of that. Better you perform - higher to earn.

Position Main Responsibilities:
This is B2B Sale.
-Generating and increasing sales with both new inquiries and up selling to existing clients
-Meeting and exceeding achievable monthly sales quota
-Developing selling strategies and proposals
-Identifying and developing a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
-Negotiating sales deals with clients based on the benefits of the Company
-Following up with clients and providing service to them through e-mails, live support, phone, and ticket system
-Managing accounts and campaigns with setup, optimization, and review overall performances.
-Completion of College or University (minimum Bachelors/Associate degree/diploma in any academic discipline/field)
-Retail and/or office sales experience is an asset
-Strong communication skills: both written and oral - email/MS Office etc.
-Vast knowledge of the internet, social networks, blogs, forums, and etc.
-Team player, Time Management, Interpersonal and Research skills
-Knowledge of online advertising is a plus
