TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
SCHEDULE: 40 HOURS/WEEK
SALARY: TO BE NEGOTIATED
LOCATION: STEELES & VICTORIA PARK
-Achieve and surpass assigned targets
-Manage and build on existing account base
-Maintain account records in CRM
-Provide accurate perforamnce forecast on a monthly basis
-Develop and implement account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by manager
-Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities
-Build strategic working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of contact
-Negotiate and close deals following the company’s practices and processes
-Analyze potential opportunities by using data analyses, segmented research and information to identify the attributes most valued by the potential clients
-Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge
Prerequisites (Must have these attributes to be considered for the job)
-Able to work well under pressure
-Focused on quality customer service
-Problem solving/trouble shooting ability
-Time Management Skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentationd, interpersonal, persuasive, and listening skills.
-Minimum of three years’ success in identifying, building relationships and selling directly or with partners.
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and a team player.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative ideas.
-Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
-Ability to multi-task and manage various projects and priorities.
-Exellent language skills
-Strong in time management, prioritizing task and multi tasking
