We are looking for someone to join our engineering team in a Technical Support Engineer role to help develop and maintain our mobile games.
Partner with engineers to test proposed code and code fixes, diagnose and reproduce issues.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
1+ year experience in a technical support role or developer role
Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills
iOS/Android development experience
Familiarity with game development concepts (preferred)
Programming and/or scripting experience (preferred)
B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
Familiarity with web service environments and Restful API
Common sense and organizational skills to address challenging and complex questions in an adaptive, high-tech environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, to prioritize and switch between variety of tasks
Proven technical writing skills to create and maintain knowledge base articles
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Motivation, curiosity, ambition, and the ability to “hit the ground running”
