YJ Sciences is looking for a V.P. Sales to work independently in selecting, training and developing Brand Partners to become top performers.
The V.P. Sales is responsible for managing the region’s resources and executing the strategic efforts ensuring that YJ Sciences products and services effectively reach the region’s consumers through the direct selling channel. You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, coaching and have previously built a successful team in the network marketing arena.
We are seeking individuals with demonstrated experience in the following areas:
: Management & Leadership
: Business Planning & Execution
: Sales & Network Marketing
: Prospecting & Recruiting
Talent development, strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential to excel in this demanding environment, as well as a proven track record of motivating others to achieve targets.
: Minimum of two (3) years sales experience.
: Direct Selling and Network Marketing experience a must.
: Requires experience working with independent individuals, preferably on a close interpersonal basis.
: Must possess the knowledge, skills and background to manage a variety of sales-related activities.
: Experience in speaking before groups of people of varied backgrounds preferred.
Training, presentation skills and direct sales experience are definite assets.
