YESCO (YOUNG ELECTRIC SIGN COMPANY) has a 94 year history in North America, but only a year in Canada, we need a self motivated leader to take the reins of our 3 member outside sales team.

The Sign and Lighting industry is busier today then ever before, there have been more advancements in the last 5 years then there has been in the last 50 in the lighting business.

This position will start immediately, so here is the job. Sales Manager, (Toronto GTA), report directly to the Regional Manager, mentor and lead by example three (3) outside sales people. Give support and motivation to the team when needed while providing your services as an active member of the business development team.

YESCO Ontario was opened in December 2012, it was the third location opened in Canada in the last 12 months. YESCO was established 94 years ago in Salt Lake City Utah, USA. They have grown to be a global leader in the sign and lighting industry. Currently we are 1,500++ employees and do just over $ 500 million in annual sales. We specialize in the repair of all types of signs and lighting applications. Today in the Greater Toronto Area we are positioning our company to grow at a rapid rate, with that we need great people. The compensation, $52k base to start along with quarterly bonus based on team performance, car allowance, cell allowance. Full family benefits-Health and Dental. Salary review in 6 months ($ 5k increase if targets met)
