Our clients include large events like the London 2012 and Vancouver 2010 Olympics and South By SouthWest (SXSW), music festivals like Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits, film festivals like Sundance and Tribeca, cultural festivals like Chicago Gourmet and Calgary Stampede and conferences like Social Media Week and Advertising Week.

We're seeking a motivated and organized executive assisant / office coordinator who can keep our team and our beautiful office running smoothly. Tasks may include answering phones, arranging meetings or company events, booking travel, helping with benefits plan, data entry, ordering supplies and pitching in where needed. This position is available full-time in our office in Yaletown, Vancouver.

The ideal candidate MUST have the following:

At least one year experience working in an office environment
Be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment - where change is the only constant

Excellent attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
On the job training will be provided
