12 hour days you plan your own routs management leavs you alown as long as you do your job the people that worked there were great it was more life a family.....but you pull ot bins all day winter and sumer, no such thing as a day off not even a sick day because there was no one else to cover you so if you take a day off if takes you a week to catch – more... up – less

I love working at wsi everyday the staff was friendly and helpfull the job site was just fun and very calm

this company had great benefits and paid great, the people who worked with me were very helpful in teaching me the job.

Overall the company had a bad name I tried to change that and it was working, than that hired a dictatorial type manager and everything has gone down hill from that point, it's sad because the company had potential

people are lay back and fun to work their the co worker are fun to be around with.

As a driver my day start with a pre-trip of the truck then get ready to go on the route to start my daily routine which is picking up the route

Must be self driven. If techie and don't like people, don't join WSI. However, once you figure out your business model, you're more than halfway there.

learned alot about forklifts, teamwork togetherness, management really stuck in there and helped when needed and great pay and benefits.

I really liked working for WSI. I worked there for 4 years and would have stayed longer if the contract would not have ended.
