About World Trade Group

World Trade Group (WTG) was formed in 1997 and has since established itself as one of Europe's leading events companies specialising in the 'business summit' model. Each event combines a high quality conference with a series of pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings and organised networking opportunities between delegates and sponsoring companies. – more... In 2002, WTG acquired the assets of Access Events (AEI), a traditional conference company. AEI was quickly transformed into a dynamic and profitable events company with one-to-one meetings at the heart of its product portfolio.

Recognising the opportunities in North America, an office was opened in Toronto, Canada in 2003. This business has grown year-on-year and has successfully mirrored WTG's leading European events across a number of US cities.

After four years of independent growth AEI was recently integrated into WTG's core business to create the single market-leading events company operating successfully across a number of key product areas; life sciences, manufacturing, business, oil & gas, supply chain and IT.

WTG now employs over 250 people worldwide. The group has ambitious plans to maintain its rate of growth by continually evolving the event format and moving into new industry sectors. – lessMore from ZoomInfo »
