Begin each week with a thorough review of the previous week's business regarding people, commercial and operations. Monday and Tuesdays are all about communicating these findings and determining priorities for the current and up and coming weeks.
Each day is dynamic as you work through business partners in HR, Commercial, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Operations - understanding priorities and focuses within each department and be able to manage these on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
It is a terrific environment to understand your own capabilities and how you manage the complexities of the people and the business.
Travel retail is exciting, fast paced and never without a task or project that needs completion - always challenging.
