Fun to the point of detriment

Fun place to work, but advancement is based on nepotism or how much your personality fits with the culture - regardless of performance.
This leads to less focus on getting things done and more focus on social events.
The culture, while pleasant to work in for the most part, does not produce open thought or innovation. The company has drastically fallen behind competitors.
Salaries have been frozen, but this has been spun as a policy change and not a sign of hard times. Being honest about hard times doesn't fit with the "culture", so employees are fed misinformation as if they were idiots.

Not innovative, deceitful management, poor benefits, too much focus on "culture"
