Provide communications consultation to internal Ernst & Young clients.
Create and coordinate office-wide internal communications campaigns.
Support local public relations activities and social media initiatives.
Ensure maintenance and accuracy of the information in the firm’s CRM (clients, targets, individuals, pipeline of opportunities, sales, etc.).
Suggest improvement strategies for the quality of information, coordination of projects and measurement of progress.
Use available technology tools to provide the required information to facilitate the implementation and execution of market initiatives.
Support Montreal external market visibility programs, including the Quebec alumni program.
Create status reports and monthly updates for Office Managing Partner and local leadership team.
Support internal clients with client facing events.
Liaise, develop and leverage relationships with internal Ernst & Young clients and with some external associations/non-profit organizations.
2-4 years relevant work experience.
Strong writing and verbal communications is essential.
Bilingual (English/French) is a must
Ability to work with CRM tool and other database system is important
Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with different personality types/styles and develop relationships.
Strong project management skills. Ability to organize and pull together many pieces of information into clear, succinct reports (or other outputs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Post secondary education in a marketing discipline, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A general understanding of different aspects of marketing as they relate to EY (public relations, events, website, internal communications, sponsorships, corporate responsibility, etc.)
