Reporting to the branch manager, the responsibilities will include:

  • Daily invoicing
  • Processing credits and debits
  • Warranties
  • Entering daily cycle counts and solving variances
  • Reconciling daily cash sales
  • Filing
  • Sort mail
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Purchase stock for this location (back up capacity for the manager)
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Pleasant professional manner, works well with others
  • Ability to handle a multi-line switchboard
  • Ability to type 60 wpm
  • Previous construction related administrative experience preferred
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Proven ability to multitask and organize
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • College Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institution would be an asset
