What is the role?
SMB Specialist works 3 days each week at their store as a retail sales consultant
2 days each week spent as an outbound rep looking for SMB opportunities
Prospect by visiting business, making outbound calls and networking events
Present business solutions to SMB companies in the 0-50 line space

Demonstrated customer service skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Excellent listening skills
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
2-3 years in a customer service role
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
