RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services.

Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.

Prospects and generates new sales opportunities and delivers outstanding customer services that will entice customers to select Wireless DNA as their sole supplier of choice for wireless products and services.

Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale.

Effectively interacts with customers regarding billing inquiries, equipment problems, etc.; carefully listens to current and prospective customers' requests; and escalates issues as required. Provides professional services and solutions to meet customer needs.

Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased.

Makes every effort to retain customers who express their wish to cancel their plan or reduce their level of service. Is upfront in all his/her dealings with customers. Is proactive, sincere and empathetic when responding to customers' questions or issues.

Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities.

Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims.

Stays current with changes and developments in the wireless industry.

Promote corporate culture and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 to 2 years retail management experience, preferably in the personal electronics and/or telecommunications industry with a demonstrated and proven success story

High School Diploma required. Post secondary education a strong asset.

Excellent skills in communication and time management.

Solid interpersonal skills and customer focus. As an ambassador of Wireless DNA, demonstrates a high level of professionalism (i.e. demeanour, presentation) and a winning customer service attitude.

Flexibility required with respect to hours of work as business needs change

Focused on achieving sales targets, operational efficiency and superior customer service.

Excellent people skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

Technologically savvy.
