IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING SPECIALIST

Windward Software has an excellent opportunity open for an Implementation and Training Specialist at our headquarters in Penticton, BC. This position requires an individual with exceptional customer service and communication skills in order to be successful in the role. You will be acting as the face of Windward Software and subject matter expert as you will interface directly with clients to gain an understanding of their needs and subsequently configure the software to meet those needs for a successful implementation. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective and timely delivery of client user training of Windward Software’s fully integrated business management software solution. Training key employees and new hires on product functionality and capabilities is also an important part of this role.
The successful candidate must be able to assemble effective training plans and deliver to both technical and non-technical audiences in a variety of settings: telephone, online, classroom and on-site. You will be process oriented and have a technical aptitude as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at a given time and be required to resolve customer issues by troubleshooting to identify issues and provide resolution.
A business related post- secondary degree or equivalent experience in the areas of accounting, business management and/or teaching experience is preferred.
Due to the international nature of our business and locations of our clients, a valid BC driver’s license and passport will be necessary for this role.
