Windswept Integrated Technologies is Seeking a Positive and Energetic Individual to join the Windswept Team as an Intermediate Managed IT Help Desk/Field Service Specialist. This Position offers a Professional Work Atmosphere, Exceptional Co-workers and the Opportunity to work & grow in a Dynamic, Challenging and Fast Paced Environment. This is a Full Time Position located at Windswept’s Ottawa office.

  • Energetic Technology Specialists with a Desire to work with the Latest Business Technologies
  • Specialists with Experience and Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems along with a solid understanding of Network and Internet Protocols
  • Specialists with some experience and knowledge Of Microsoft Server Technologies, Virtualization, Network Security, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Hosted Solutions, Network Switching & Wireless Technologies
  • Specialists with Some Knowledge of Linux, Citrix, Cisco, Sonicwall, Unified Communications
  • Specialists Whom Enjoy Working with End User Clients and Seeing their Projects Through to

What We Require...

  • Specialists with Exceptional Customer Service
  • Specialists with a Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in an IT Support / MSP Environment
  • Microsoft / Cisco Certifications or Equivalent Experience
  • Grade 12 Diploma, with IT Related Post-Secondary Education
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to be Security Cleared
