Hours are 8:30 – 5:00, Monday-Friday

Our office is at 365 Evans Ave Suite #504, Toronto, ON M8Z 1K2

Wages - $13.00 per hour

Training and mentorship available

Key Responsibilities:
- Office support (answer phones, triage and track support calls using our support ticket system.)
- Sales & Marketing support (organize tradeshows logistics & travel, maintain marketing calendar and assist with initiatives, update customer and prospect information in our CRM system, web research)
- Financial support (create invoices, process payables, track services delivered)
- Customer Service Team support (track services delivered, manage customer training scheduling)

Skills:
- Solid understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browsers, Google
- Quick and accurate typist
- Good phone skills including clear articulation
- Great communication and language skills

- Able to take direction yet understand desired outcomes and work toward them on your own
- Personable and a good conversationalist who builds rapport with people quickly and easily in person and on the phone
