Bookkeeper / Office Administrator for a forestry based Resource Company in Peachland, BC. This will be a part time position (approx. 24 – 32 per week) to start, possibly working into full time.
Duties will include, but not be limited to bookkeeping, job costing, payroll, accounts payable, contractors’ pay, government remittances, data entry, filing, answering phones.
The right candidate will be experienced in bookkeeping and payroll and have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook (2010). Knowledge of the following programs is an asset: Account Edge (previously MYOB), Loggers Edge, Paymate.
Accuracy, attention to detail, dependability and confidentiality are key qualities.
We are looking for an energetic, positive person who can work independently and also well with others. The ability to multi-task in our ever changing environment is necessary.
Compensation will be competitive depending on experience.
