This Rock Star Realtor is very busy serving the Bruce Peninsula's real estate needs and will be in need of a back-up singer to cover a maternity leave starting this fall.
Administrative Assistant, WIARTON
Part Time Days
In collaboration with the Rock Star Realtor, the Back-Up Singer (aka the Administrative Assistant) makes sure everything flows as seamlessly as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service in the office, via email, and over the phone
- Respond to email requests in a timely manner
- Complete, forward, and file paperwork
- Follow up on due dates.
- Maintain social media sites
o Post or schedule posts daily
o Respond to inquiries via social media
o Prepare advertisements for social media platforms
o Interact with social media community daily
- Prepare 'Ad Copy' for marketing
- Prepare, edit and post advertisement videos
- Prepare a monthly newsletter using Mailchimp
Successful candidates will have:
- Good work ethics and willingness to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- General knowledge of the real estate industry
- A familiarity of the geographic area
- Complete comfort with technology - including, but not limited to: the internet, Windows 8, Microsoft Office, Windows Movie Maker, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Linkedin, Youtube.
- The ability to change tasks at any moment depending on the needs of the business
- A creative mind to use for advertising
Hours to vary depending on the needs of the business and may include some weekends as needed.
