POSITION TITLE: Community Case Manager – Social Development Administrator
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: is responsible to oversee the administration of the Social and Health Services for Wet’suwet’en First Nation including Health, Mental Health and Addictions, Education, Child and Youth Wellness while maintaining the responsibility of Social Development Administrator role. In addition to direct services; the Community Case Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and evaluating each case within the Health, Mental Health, Child and Youth Wellness and Education departments, working with each department coordinator. The Community Case Manager will work under the direction of the General Manager or Designate.
WAGE RANGE: Wages to commensurate with education and experience. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Wednesday February 13, 2013 at 4:15 pm
