Wanted a top quality product! Didnt pay for what they wanted.
Labourer (Former Employee), Red Deer, AB – October 6, 2012
I worked at westridge cabinets they treat people like a dime a dozen as bad as Walmart! Managment was two faced they had two rules for people they liked and people they didnt like. To deal with someone stepping out of line instead of working to fix a situation is was easier to fire that person on the spot and hire someone to take their place. They dont – more... cultivate loyalty in a employee. – less

production based company that had very friendly staff
Factory Maintenance Supervisor (Former Employee), Red Deer County, AB – March 19, 2012
Pros: some free lunches, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: long hours, spent on average 6 to 7 days a week there
Friendly and helpful staff along with the mechanical work for the machines was a great thing about the job. The long hours and most weeks turned into 7 day weeks became very tiresome.
