We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead a small team and provide outstanding service to our clients within the finance industry while accurately executing on company initiatives.

- completion of College or University
- at least 2 yrs experience in the finance or banking or investment industry
- CFA, CSC, or CFP is an asset
- strong attention to detail
- knack for being uber organized
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- confidence in public speaking
- availability to travel 2-8 days per month
- motivation to learn and succeed
- ability to manage and work alongside others
- strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills
- ability to network and build relationships with clients
- must have own vehicle to travel to local meetings (mileage paid)

- creating and maintaining monthly team processes
- responding to queries from clients in an impressive manner (outstanding service)
- ensuring deadlines are met on a weekly and monthly basis, in times of both light and heavy workload
- reviewing and completing client and financial data entered into our system
- completing monthly reporting and providing context and recommendations
- providing information/training to clients and industry associates
- promoting our company to clients and industry associates
- analyzing efficiency and volume from specific suppliers to make decisions
- travel of 2-8 days per month to Calgary, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria will be required (expense paid by company)
