Western GMC Buick is seeking Customer Care Professional for our Business Development Center.
Our Customer Care Representatives act as a liaison with our customers through every step of a vehicle sale, assist service customers, and other tasks as required.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail;
- Exceptional work ethic;
- Reliability, punctuality and motivation;
- Good computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot and multitask; and,
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Automotive/service industry or Customer Service experience a definite asset.
