The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gather, identify and contribute to the business deliverables. As a Business Analyst within the PMO, you will be responsible for understanding current business operations, gathering and identifying requirements, action items and helping to define the support network for deployment activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify, gather and define business activities within the functional implementation plans.
Ensure that information submissions and delivery deadlines are met
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver business readiness requirements
Provide weekly status reports on business readiness activities to Senior Business Analyst
Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
·Lead initiatives and act as a change agent (embrace change and help others to embrace it)
Build and maintain relationships with the project business stakeholders
Listen actively, suspend judgment, and take into account the needs of all stakeholders
Present to, and work alongside, various levels of the organization
Collaborate, define and prepare requirements with project teams and business users
Communicate written and verbal technical requirements into business language
Foster a spirit of creative collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
