Must have a positive attitude, be punctual and reliable, and have skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. 1 + year Insurance experience preferred. Will train the right person. Our candidate will have the following qualifications:
-3 documented years of excellent customer service
-Full understanding of the social media and online world
-Pristine written and verbal communication skills
-Experience writing content for blogs, newsletters, etc
-Experience answering high volume of calls
-Excellent phone skills
-Basic tech support experience (not mandatory, but is a plus)
