Duties:
Handle support calls from both customers and vendors;
Obtain customer credit information and review credit score from potential applicants
Prepare and process lease documents
Communication with Sales Rep regarding documentation issues;
PPSA and GSA Registrations

Qualifications:
Accounting background
Must have previous administration experience;
Excellent communication and analytical skills;
Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and with limited supervision;
Strong computer skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Quickbooks would be an asset;
