Would be a great place to work if goals weren't so extreme. Company has made it harder to be able to comp out for quarterly bonuses which than leads to not being able to get a raise or get promoted. Training makes it seem that its all about service but when you actually start working your forced to come up with ridiculous sales goals which makes you wonder what happen to service...
