Weldco Companies, comprised of Weldco Heavy Industries alongside Weldco-Beales Manufacturing and Weldco Hydra-Lift are active participants in the heavy steel industry. Weldco Heavy Industries is a steel repair and fabrication facility located in the heart of Alberta’s oilsands. Weldco-Beales Manufacturing (WBM) manufactures heavy equipment attachments while Weldco Hydra-Lift manufactures truck mounted cranes for the construction, forestry, mining and resource industries throughout Canada, U.S.A. and internationally.

Weldco Heavy Industries is recruiting a Sales Account Manager. Reporting to the VP Sales and Marketing key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Business Development
 Identify and solicit potential clients for sales opportunities by aggressively following up on leads
 Develop, nurture, establish, and maintain customer relationships
 Customer Service
 Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales transaction
 Service and Repair Sales and Development
 Product sales and development
 After Sales Technical Services and Product Training
 Follow up and conduct training seminars and workshops for customers as required
 Budgeting and Reporting
 Manage annual sales budget and submit various reports to management as required

 Education:
 Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
 Experience:
 3 – 5 years of directly related industry experience with a proven track record in technical sales of heavy equipment and attachments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, continuous quality/process improvement and successful project delivery. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills are also required.
