Welch LLP is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst to assist our growing firm in the area of desktop support. The ideal individual for this role will be someone who has strong problem solving skills and good judgment, who can effectively organize and prioritize tasks and who has an aptitude for developing and maintaining good relationships with staff. You will be someone who can work as a team member in a faced paced environment working on multiple assignments with a certain degree of autonomy over your work.
Due to the challenging nature of the work the successful candidate will:

  • Possess a two year college diploma in Computer Systems with 1 - 3 years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • Be CompTIA A+ and CompNetwork+ certified or hold an equivalent certification
  • Will have worked in a Microsoft Domain Environment; will have worked on desktop deployment projects, utilizing imaging software; and be familiar with Microsoft Active Directory account management and control of membership.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft office products and TCP/IP
