Qualifications: Two year Office Administration Certificate with a focus on Human Resources
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Skills
Skills: Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self motivated
Ability to manage changing priorities
Overview: This position is a centralized HR hub for 3 locations. The incumbent will liaise with the key contacts and managers in each location along with a centralized payroll and benefit team offsite. Compilation and maintenance of reports and files required. Backup for payroll data entry. Other duties surrounding HR and / or HSE as required.
Duties: Recruiting, Resume Screening, Interview Scheduling
Assist managers as requested with candidate interviewing
Liaise with employment contractors for temporary staffing
Weekly posting of open competitions
Onboarding orientation and documentation of new hires
Maintain HR and Training files for all employees
Ensure document process compliance for all payroll and benefits
Maintain divisional organizational chart
Maintain specific Health and Safety Statistical Reports
Other duties as assigned
