Weatherford is good company to wok for but it has a lot of cons. There poor management, not organize, and not enough money. They need system where you advance in other positions .Most enjoyable part of job would have be when I get go home.

I was asked to do, unethical things during my time.

I caught one manager going through my desk and personal items (twice).

I was also told I should work more hours while I was working 16 - 19 hours a day at that time, instead of hiring replacement employees.

Good job security if you want the same job for long periods of time.

Weatherford was a hard working place, there was long working hours, and good pasted.

they have god field hands but the office and management need improvement

A typical day at work - starts at 06.00 AM and ends at 06.00 PM.
I learn about managing safely.
The hardest part of the job is to commit employees to safety.

this place managment is horrible.....they bully and intimidate all employees theathen you that burger king hiring,supervisors will tell u know matter how learderman talk too you or handle you he will back them,alotta ppl will rat on you for anything too look good themselves,will not let you off on weekends even when theirs no work to be done,horrible – more... place you will wake up with no demeanor ready too go too work because everyday is like a reality show,you really better off working at burger king pay about the same and managment more probably better – less

At Weatherford is extremely busy, but do to changing of new management it has gotten to the point that employees are quitting and it is a shame that upper management is not doing anything to retain the employees that have been there for more than 5 years.

It is the wonderful organization to work for, I enjoy different challenges that I face daily as I am now dealing with minerals sight, oil sight and gas sight, I have learned different types of tools for diiferent sight, usage of JDE system and to be more discipline and dedicated not to do mistakes as most of this tools are much expensive. The hardest – more... part of this job is when there is the new project in other parts of Africa that I must prepare the tools, spares equipments for that operation. The most enjoyable part is that you worked un supervised at all times so you are the one who must make sure you finish your task you are assign for. – less

Worthless Supervisors,
I quit only after a month working for Weatherford. While in training upper management would say how poor their supervisors are. I had come from Halliburton, being their for 2 years I can't believe Weatherford would allow to have these type of personalities in high positions. Hard working and career driven oil field workers quit – more... due to idiot Supervisors that Weatherford has in their Frac division. If u are working with another Frac company and you can survive with the pay you are making then I highly recommend you stay there. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Believe me.. Alot of down time at this job, I know almost every aspect of this job. Horrible management. Coworkers enjoyable but morale is low. Hardest part of job is too much down time. Most enjoyable part is coworkers.

As a temp I seemed to be used by permnent employees while they got off easy. Second Class worker status once again.

Took a temp job in warehouse....pay was low...but average for this area. Perm employees constantly said I had to do better to "make it." When I started telling them it was ONLY temp for me....they left me alone....but snitched to management. When I injured my wrist picking up too heavy of an item (was required)....and called off to go to doctor....I – more... was let go. – less
